A shooting injured five people on Saturday night right outside of Florida Memorial University in Miami Gardens, police reported Sunday morning.
Police officers and fire rescue personnel responded to the shooting shortly before 10:30 p.m., on Saturday, at the Omega Activity Center, a fraternal organization of FMU at the corner of Northwest 156 Street and 42 Avenue.
According to the Miami Gardens Police Department, the shooting followed an argument between two people and police officers detained one person of interest.
