The convenor of uMkhonto weSizwe MK Party in Mpumalanga, Busisiwe Mkhwebane says plans to replace party members who were removed from their positions in the provincial legislature are under way.
Three party members, including former convenor Mary Phadi, were directed by the party to resign from their positions in the legislature a few months ago.
Phadi was later dismissed from the party.
Mkhwebane was speaking to the media at the partys first anniversary celebrations in Mkhondo.
The were those conflicts that a lot of people are from the Nkangala region, remember weve got three regions, why not Gert Sibande also be represented? That is a key priority. We will have that as one of the priorities that people who will now be serving and be put into legislature will be coming from Gert Sibande. So, composition will be equally distributed.
