The Palm Ridge Magistrates Court has postpone d the criminal case against Pastor Paseka Mboro Motsoeneng to the 11 th of September.
This follows a recusal request of the presiding magistrate by the state.
Pastor Mboros legal team was expected to again apply for bail with ne w facts.
