TS Galaxy Diski Challenge coach Bernard Parker has given out the reason why he does not miss playing professional football after having retired from the game a few months ago.
Parker has swiftly transitioned into a coaching role and says he has come to terms with his decision to retire from the game.
The 38-year-old obtained his coaching certifications while still playing and believes his work in training players leaves very little time to think about his playing days.
Not at all the reason why I dont miss it that much is because Im involved in training, said Parker as quoted by FARPost.
We train in the morning our physical trainer is only with us when its match day. Im involved in terms of warming up the boys, coming up with ideas on how to strengthen them, different tactics, injury prevention, exercises, and where to improve on certain things.
