Cape Town detectives have launched a manhunt for the gunman who killed three men and critically injured five others in a revenge attack at a barbershop on Sheffield Road in Browns Farm, Nyanga, on Wednesday afternoon, reports Cape {town} Etc .
Police spokesperson Colonel Andre Traut stated that the deceased ranged in age from 18 to 21.
The deceased were Akhona Nondudule (19), Wanda Zitumane (18) and Babalo Mlonyeni (21).
An initial investigation has revealed that four armed men approached the eight victims at around 1:15pm at the barbershop, where two were shot and killed on the scene.
Six men were admitted to hospital, and upon arrival, a third male succumbed to death due to the extent of his injuries, said Traut.
