Nwakali Scoops Barnsleys December Goal Of The Month Award

Nigeria midfielder, Kelechi Nwakali has scooped Barnsleys Goal of the Month award for December.

Nwakalis stunning volley in Barnsleys 2-1 victory over Exeter on December 14 was overwhelming voted for by the clubs supporters.

The 26-year-old struck from the edge -of -the box to help his club secure a 2-1 victory at the St James Park.

It was the playmakers maiden goal for the League One club.

The former Golden Eaglets captain took to the social media to celebrate the award.
