Npfl: Ogunmodede Targets More Success With Remo Stars After Historic Title Win

Remo Stars head coach, Daniel Ogunmodede says the club will fight to win more laurels next season after claiming their maiden Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, title.

The Sky Blue Stars finally claimed the title after coming second in the previous two seasons.

Remo Stars achieved the feat after defeating Niger Tornadoes 1-0 in Ikenne on Sunday.

We always want to be one step ahead of our rivals, we cant afford to rest for now . As a club we have a solid structure in place and we want to win more, Ogunmodede told the clubs media.

Ogunmodede also reflected on his sojourn with the club and title fight over the years.
