Npfl: Emekayi Rallies Rivers United After President Federation Cup Exit

Rivers United captain, Temple Emekayi has called for a positive response from his teammates against Remo Stars.

The Pride of Rivers were bundled out of the President Federation Cup by Nigeria National League NNL side, Beyond Limit on Wednesday.

Rivers United will take on league leaders Remo Stars in a matchday 32 fixture at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium on Sunday.

Emekayi acknowledged the disappointment of their cup exit but emphasized that the team has plenty to play for in the league.
