El-Kanemi Warriors tactician, Aliyu Zubairu, says his teams intense preparation paid off against Nasarawa United.
The Borno Army defeated Nasarawa United 4-3 at the Lafia City Stadium on Saturday.
Zubairu, however, admitted that Nasarawa United is a good team.
Its a very good result for us, we prepared well for them, and we are glad we got a win, Zubairu stated in a post-match interview.
Nasarawa United are a very good side. We lost to them twice last season in the Nigeria National League.
