Ivory Coast's opener, Ouattara Mohamed, scored the highest for his team with just four runs. Their innings ended in 7.3 overs without a single boundary, with six players dismissed for zero runs. Nigeria triumphed by 264 runs, though this was not a record margin, with Zimbabwe having previously beaten Gambia by 290 runs.
This match was part of the qualification process for the men's 2026 T20 World Cup.
