Egypt captain Mohamed Salah has stated that nobody in the club has discussed a fresh deal with him.
The world-class winger was speaking after grabbing a goal and two assists to inspire the Reds to a 3-0 win over Manchester United in Sundays English Premier League blockbuster clash.
Salah has entered the final nine months of his contract with Liverpool and the 32-year-old has indicated that he is open to extending his stay at the six-time European champions.
To be fair I was coming to the game [as if] it could be the last time [playing at Old Trafford]. Nobody in the club has talked to me about contracts. It is not up to me, it is up to the club, Salah said on The Guardian .
As you know, its my last year in the club. I just want to enjoy it, I dont want to think about it. I feel Im free to play football and lets see whats going to happen next year.
