No Evidence Of Communication Between Accused 4 And Kelly Khumalo

Defence counsel Charles Nxumalo says there is no evidence that proves that there was communication between accused number four and singer Kelly Khumalo .

Lead investigator, Brigadier Bongani Gininda testified at the High Court in Pretoria where five men are on trial for the 2014 murder of the Bafana Bafana captain.

There was no evidence of communication between accused number 4 Mthokoziseni Maphisa and Kelly Khumalo.

Brigadier Gininda said this during cross-examinatio n by Maphisas lawyer Advocate Zithulele Nxumalo.

Nxumalo: Is it also correct that you couldn't find any communication between my client, Mr Maphisa and Ms Kelly Khumalo in any records or investigations?
