No Bank Transactions Were Made To Any Of Accused, Court Hears
The High Court in Pretoria has again heard that there were no bank transactions made by Kelly Khumalo to all of the accused in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial.
Lead investigator Brigadier Bongani Gininda who returned to the stand in cross-examination, however, reiterated that there were monies exchanged between the accused.
Gininda also still insists that Meyiwas murder was a contractual killing ordered by Kelly Khumalo.
Brigadier Gininda reiterates that while there was communication between Kelly Khumalo and accused number 5, Fisokuhle Ntuli on 2 August and 15 October 2014, there was no proof of any bank transactions during that time.
Advocate Zandile Mshololo asks: So, in relation to this case in any of these exhibits there was no money paid from Ms Kelly Khumalo to accused 5?
