Super Eagles captain, William Troost-Ekong is rooting for an indigenous coach to lead the team, DAILY POST reports.
The Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, in June announced it will appoint an expatriate to lead the Super Eagles.
The NFF recently failed in their attempt to appoint German Bruno Labbadia as head coach of the three-time African champions.

Troost-Ekong however voiced his support for a local coach to take over the post.
