Ndabeni-abrahams To Give Update On Spaza Shops Registration

Small Business Development Minister Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams will today update the media on the registration of food outlets including spaza shops .

Economic Cluster MECs will join her in the media briefing in Pretoria.

Ndabeni-Abrahams will focus on the registration process, findings and lessons learned.

She will also give details on the R 500 million intervention fund established to support small businesses.

The South African Spaza-Shops Association has called on government to convene a national imbizo on empowering owners of tuck or spaza shops.
