France coach, Didier Deschamps has explained his decision to, again, exclude Real Madrids Kylian Mbappe from his latest squad.
Deschamps had earlier on Thursday unveiled his 23-man squad for France's upcoming UEFA Nations League matches against Italy and Israel.
But Mbappes name was noticeably absent, sparking surprise and speculation.
I had discussions with Kylian and made my decision. It's better this way, Deschamps was quoted by Fabrizio Romano as saying.
"Mbappe wanted to come with us, it's not because of any other problem.
