Anas Sefrioui, a leading figure in Moroccan real estate and the major shareholder of Douja Promotion Addoha (ADH), has experienced a notable decrease in personal wealth due to recent fluctuations in the company's stock on the Casablanca bourse.

According to Billionaires.Africa , Sefrioui's equity in ADH has declined by MAD606.46 million ($61.6 million) over the past eight days. This decline follows an earlier drop in the value of his stake, which fell by $46.68 million between June 3 and 12 . During this period, the value of his stake decreased from MAD7.94 billion ($798.4 million) to MAD7.64 billion ($764.7 million).

ADH stock drops 7.34 percent, market cap dips below $1.3 billion

ADH, a key player in Morocco's real estate sector known for its extensive portfolio of low-cost housing projects in major urban centers including Casablanca, Marrakech, and Tangier, has faced significant market turbulence.

The company's shares have fallen by 7.34 percent in recent times, dropping from MAD32 ($3.26) on July 31 to MAD29.65 ($3). This decline has pushed the company's market capitalization below $1.3 billion, resulting in substantial losses for shareholders like Sefrioui.
