More Heavy Rains Expected In Parts Of Kzn

The South African Weather ServiceSAWS has issued a yellow Level 1 weather warning of severe thunderstorms in the western parts of KwaZulu-Natal for tomorrow.

The affected areas include parts of the uThukela and uMngungundlovu districts.

Meanwhile, most parts of the province can expect a 30 chance of scattered showers and thundershowers tomorrow, on the last day of 2024.

Weather forecaster Wiseman Dlamini says, Looking to tomorrows forecast we are expecting showers in most parts of KZN. We have a warning for yellow level one over the western parts of KZN including areas around uThukela District and some parts of uMgungundlovu towards the Johannesburg region. Other than that on Wednesday, were back to 30 chance of showers and thundershowers over most parts of KZN. However, in extreme parts of KZN, were still going for 60 chance of showers and thundershowers. - Reporting by AsandaDlamini.
