Mohamed Salah recently shared his ambition to win everything, while admitting to a moment of regret in a Champions League final. In the second episode of The Reds Roundtable, Salah said, I changed my mind about where to place the ball when I was running, I had practiced all week to shoot to the other side. But as I took the run, I changed my mind. When I hit the ball, I felt bad, really bad. Even now, it still bothers me. Salah added, "Every time I see it, I think, 'Why did I change my mind?' But in a Champions League final, the pressure is intense. Normally, if I miss after practicing well, I don't feel so bad. But this time, I let the pressure get to me. I just thought, 'Shoot the ball inside the net and that's it.' I didn't expect to change my mind on such a big stage." He continued, "My ambition is to win everything. I work hard every day to make that happen, and I hate the idea of us being seen as a weak team." Salah concluded, "One day, we'll all leave, so we try to laugh and enjoy our time together. I remember both the good and the tough days." At 32, Salah is Liverpool's all-time leading scorer in European competitions, with 48 goals, 43 of them in the UEFA Champions League.
