uMkhonto weSizwe Partys MK new High Command Member, Dali Mpofu says the party wont be drawn into public spats with other political parties, as this is against its constitution. This comes after Economic Freedom Fighters EFF leader Julius Malema declared MK Party the biggest and immediate enemy of the red berets.

Addressing the media, Mpofu says the MK Party will stay on the path of uniting what he called left parties and never be derailed and stick to the partys constitution.

On the other hand, the party says the Jacob Zuma Foundation is the one responsible in dealing with personal issues surrounding its leader.

Yesterday, Malema revealed that he has instructed his partys lawyers to attach former President Jacob Zumas Nkandla home over the money he owes the EFF.

"The word provocation doesnt come from me. It comes from the MK constitution. The MK constitution says that we should refrain from being involved in insults and cheap politicking and those kinds of theatrics even when provoked," says Mpofu.
