Mk Party To March Against The Proposed Vat Increase
The Umkhonto weSizwe Party in Gauteng will be marching against the proposed VAT increase at the Pretoria Church Square this morning.
The march follows a postponement of the national budget last month, which was set to be delivered by Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana.
Godongwana will now table the budget in Cape Town on Wednesday. This is after parties in the Government of National Unity GNU rejected a 2 VAT increase, citing that it would have a negative impact on South Africans.
