'married At First Sight Mzansi' Renewed For Season 2: Here's When It Will Premiere

Married at First Sight Mzansi will have a second season that will premiere on DStvs Mzansi Magic channel 161 on Sunday, 6 July 2025 at 18:00.
The renewal follows the success of season 1, which got South Africans talking as couples got to know each other better only after saying I do.
The reality show , which is a local iteration of the popular global franchise, matches couples who then get married as complete strangers. They then figure out if the match ultimately works out or not.
Season 1 featured four couples - Thami and Zithobile, Makhumo and Thabang, Khutso and Dee, and Boitshepo and Sebenzile.
They had South Africans captivated as some found chemistry while others went through the infamous character development.
Married at First Sight Mzansi season 2Mzansi Magic announced the shows return in a statement on Thursday 24 April.
Expect deeper cultural connections, more meaningful conversations and real guidance as couples figure out this fast-tracked life together, the channel said.
Season 2 will have the same experts as follows:
- Marriage and relationship coach Linda Yende.
- Conflict resolution expert Khanyi Yende.
- Counsellor and author Thabang Mashego.
- Gynaecologist and sexologist Dr. Mpume Zenda.
- Marriage officiator and counsellor Pastor Xolani Hlitana.
They will be available to offer the necessary guidance every step of the way.
Fans of relationship reality shows are therefore in for a treat.
