A man from Los Angeles in the US - known as Tank - has opened up about the unique challenges and experiences of having been born with two fully functional penises.
Tank was born with a rare condition called diphallia, or penile duplication, where a full or partial second penis is formed. Only about 100 cases have been reported over the past 400 years.
Tank shared that his unusual condition has made his sex life both intriguing and complex.
'Women didn't believe it when I told them I had two penises, but then I took them to the room, they'd see,' he revealed during an interview with the YouTube channel Soft White Underbelly.
Some of his sexual partners were intrigued and enjoyed the experience, while others found it uncomfortable and even painful.
