Former Free State Premier Ace Magashules personal assistant, Moroadi Cholota , is set to appear in the High Court in Bloemfontein this morning for a pre-trial hearing.
Cholota, 37, is one of 18 accused in the R255 million asbestos roofing project case dating back to 2014.
The case was postponed last month to allow her legal representative time to review the case.
Cholota was officially charged after her extradition from the United States.
In previous submissions to the court, Cholota argued that she had been cooperative since her arrest in April in the US. She faces charges of fraud, corruption, and money laundering related to the asbestos roof removal scandal.
