The case against Pastor Paseka Mboro Motsoeneng and two other accused resumes at the Palm Ridge Magistrates Court on Monday morning.
They are facing a number of charges including assault, intimidation and contravention of the Dangerous Weapons Act. This relates to a video that went viral on social media showing Motsoeneng, armed with a panga alongside a gunman, forcibly entering Matsediso Primary School in Katlehong in Ekurhuleni.
This was in an attempt to take his sons children away from their maternal grandmother two weeks ago.
