Lion Sands Ivory Lodge Rebuild Nears Completion

Ivory Lodge in Lion Sands Game Reserve is set to reopen on September 22 following a significant redevelopment. The project, led by Marneweck Swart Architects, Sarah Ord Interiors and Tim Steyn Landscaping, will see the main lodge and the Fish Eagle Residence upgraded with enhanced design elements and new guest facilities.

The redesign prioritises a seamless connection between guests and the natural surroundings with double-volume spaces, expansive glass windows and enhanced riverfront areas overlooking the Sabie River.

Key upgrades at Lion Sands Ivory Lodge include:

• A new wine room and deli, botanical house reception, safari lounge, artist residence, fire deck and open-air bathroom.
• Soft refurbishment of all suites to ensure a refreshed and contemporary guest experience.
