A nonprofit in Lauderhill that helps countless homeless persons was fearing being shut down over code enforcement violations .
On Tuesday, Local 10 News reported on LifeNet4Families and how the charity was in jeopardy of being permanently shutdown over the violations.
Women, children and men like Lester Palmer rely on LifeNet4Families daily.

"This is an awesome place and we need it to go on, it helps a lot of people," said Palmer, who added that he goes there "about five or six days a week."
