Real Madrid forward, Kylian Mbappe, is expected to be out for three weeks with a thigh injury, ESPN reports.
This means Mbappe will miss this weekends derby with Atletico Madrid.
The 25-year-old was substituted in the 80th minute of their 3-2 win in La Liga over Alaves on Tuesday night.
Mbappe had scored to make it 2-0, before complaining of discomfort in his left leg.
In a statement released by Real today, it said that following the tests carried out today on our player Kylian Mbappe by the Real Madrid Medical Services, he has been diagnosed with an injury to the femoral biceps of his left leg.
