Kenya Airways has announced a significant upgrade to its fleet on key routes between Nairobi and South Africa from this month.

A number of its Johannesburg and Cape Town services have been upgraded to the Boeing 787 Dreamliner to enhance connectivity between the two countries.

The airline currently flies from Cape Town to Nairobi nine times per week with the Dreamliner now serving four of those weekly flights. The upgrade is expected to provide travellers with a more comfortable and efficient travel experience.

On the Johannesburg-Nairobi route, which has a total of 28 flights per week, Kenya Airways has announced that 18 of these weekly flights will also be operated by the Dreamliner.

The Boeing 787 Dreamliners advanced features include spacious seating and improved fuel efficiency. The fusion of convenience, luxury and swift service is expected to enhance passengers experiences and overall travel quality on these two South African routes.
