Keyshia Cole South Africa Tour Cancelled As She Loses Home In La Fires

American R B artist Keyshia Coles upcoming concerts in South Africa have been cancelled after she lost her home in the Los Angeles wildfires.

Cole was scheduled to perform in Pretoria, Johannesburg and Cape Town from 24 to 26 January 2025.

However, organisers announced on Thursday 16 January that the tour will not go ahead as initially planned because of the LA fires.

The artist has been directly affected by the ongoing tragedy, including the loss of her home, and as a result, she is unable to proceed with her scheduled performance, they said.

Together with her team, we have been working tirelessly to assess the situation, and in light of these unexpected and heartbreaking events, the difficult decision was made to call off the tour. The decision regarding a way forward will be finalised as soon as possible, and further details will be shared with fans by the end of next week.

The organisers, who include Glen21 Entertainment , said Cole and her familys well-being were of the utmost importance during this difficult time.

Current ticket holders will be notified via email with instructions on how to proceed by the end of next week. All other further announcements will be made through official media channels, they concluded.

This is the second postponement of the Love and Heaven Sent hitmakers concerts in Mzansi. The talented artist , dubbed Princess of Hip-Hop Soul, was initially scheduled to perform in September last year.

However, the shows were postponed due to unforeseen circumstances.
