Joslin Smiths Pre-trial Set To Proceed In The Cape High Court

A pre-trial hearing in the ongoing investigation of the disappearance of Joslin Smith is set to proceed in the High Court in Cape Town today.

Its been a year since the seven-year-old disappeared from her home in Saldanha Bay. Her mother Kelly Smith, Jacquen Apollis, her boyfriend at the time, and Steveno van Rhyn face charges of kidnapping and human trafficking in connection with the childs disappearance.

Joslin was reported missing from her home in the Middlepos informal settlement in mid-February last year.
