As Cape Town cements its place as the jazz capital of the continent this month, a new voice is adding her magic to the citys rhythm.

Soulful, bold, and genre-defying, Bongi Mvuyana arrives in the Mother City this Saturday, March 29, for a one-night-only live performance of her latest album, POWER , at Youngblood Gallery.

Arriving just in time to kick off Aprils global Jazz Appreciation Month , Mvuyanas show is more than a concertits a masterclass in modern storytelling through music. Fusing jazz, folk, gospel, and electronic soul, POWER is a deeply personal body of work from a fiercely independent artist who has emerged with new sound, new voice, and a clear sense of purpose.
