New Sharks recruit, flyhalf Jordan Hendrikse is looking forward to the new season after completing his move to Durban from the Lions.

The Sharks announced earlier this year that Hendrikse would be joining the franchise, where his older brother, Springbok Rugby World Cup winner Jaden , already plays.

Since then, the younger Hendrikse, has himself become a Springbok , and will be hoping his to keep impressing Rassie Erasmus.

Both Hendrikse brothers were born in Qonce in the Eastern Cape, and are products of Glenwood High School. After school, the older brother was picked up by the Sharks, while Jordan opted to move to the Lions in Johannesburg when he matriculated a year later.

The move will see the two brothers reunited, and many will be hoping they will once again terrorise opponents the way they did when they were at school together.
