These offerings, conceptualised by Executive Chef Luke Lawrence Barry , reflect the hotels ongoing evolution of culinary experiences blending heritage with contemporary flavours.
The Fountain by Planet BarThis alfresco dining venue offers a relaxed garden setting with a Mediterranean-inspired menu. Dishes include Zuney Wagyu bone marrow, West Coast prawn scampi, Saldanha Bay mussels, house-made charcuterie and artisanal cheeses from local suppliers. Desserts feature items such as pistachio bomboloni and limoncellomisu.
