Smartphone maker itel has reaffirmed its commitment to providing affordable yet high-quality technology by launching its latest flagship device, the itel S25 Ultra.

The new smartphone blends a premium display experience with affordability, positioning itself as a competitive alternative to high-end devices like the Samsung S24. Additionally, itel is offering a 100-day free screen replacement for accidental damage, further emphasizing its customer-focused approach.

Designed for longevity, the itel S25 Ultra is built to last up to five years, offering advanced features that cater to both tech enthusiasts and budget-conscious users.

At the launch event for the S25 series and other products in its ecosystem, Taiwo Abdulai, BTL Marketing Manager at Itel Nigeria, highlighted the phone's 6.78-inch 3D-curved AMOLED display, which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i. This flagship-level display boasts a 92 screen-to-body ratio, a 2436 x 1080 resolution, and an FHD screen with a peak brightness of 1400 nits. This combination ensures deep blacks, vibrant colors, and enhanced clarity, delivering an exceptional viewing experience.

Chidi Okonkwo, General Manager at Itel Nigeria, explained that the itel S25 Ultra runs on itel OS 14.5 and is upgradeable to Android 15, ensuring users benefit from the latest software improvements and security updates. Equipped with a 5000mAh battery, the device ensures long-lasting power for all-day use. It also comes pre-installed with the GPT AI Assistant and features call noise cancellation for clearer conversations, enhancing the overall user experience.
