Egypt international Sam Morsy has signed a contract extension ahead of Ipswich Towns English Premier League clash against Mohamed Salahs Liverpool FC.
The club captain extended his stay at the Suffolk-based outfit until June 2026, having played a central role in the teams back-to-back promotions from League One to the Premier League.
Morsy has made 131 appearances and scored 10 goals for Ipswich, while setting the highest standards both on and off the pitch since joining the club from Middlesbrough FC in August 2021.
