PORT HARCOURT The Inter-party Advisory Council (IPAC), has condemned the improvised explosive device explosion that happened near the popular Hotel Presidential, along Aba road in Port Harcourt last week, criticizing the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Igbetokun, the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu and other security agencies for their prolonged silence over the matter.
