I'm A Feminist But I Don't Support Disrespectful Wives Funke Akindele

Nigerian actress and filmmaker, Funke Akindele, has publicly identified herself as a feminist.

Akindele made this revelation while advising the wife of popular skit maker, Kamo State.

Speaking in a viral video on social media, the actress noted that despite her feminist nature, she does not encourage women to disrespect their husbands.

While also urging men to treat women 'specially", she noted the importance of womens economic power in their home.

"I'm a feminist but I dont support a woman disrespecting her husband. Make sure you do what is right.
