Rubbing shoulders amid Bangkoks Capella Bangkok, Maldives Soneva Fushi, Hotel de Crillon in Paris and its international sibling property Maroma in Riviera Maya, Cape Towns Mount Nelson has been ranked 28th on the list and took home the top spot as the Best Hotel in Africa.
