To reset internally, go to your phone's settings menu. In the setting menu, you will see a 'General management' option, click the option. At the bottom of the next window, you will see the 'reset' option. Simply click on the reset option. Where you can reset your phone's settings, network settings, accessibility settings, and finally a 'factory data reset'. Factory data reset will completely reset your device including network, accessibility, and normal settings.
In the next window, you will see a 'reset' option, click on the option. Clicking the 'Delete all' option from the upcoming window will delete all the information contained in your device. It will take a while to complete the reset. After completing the reset, your phone will automatically restart. You have to follow the instructions appearing on your screen to set up your Samsung Galaxy S24 device.
External ResetTo perform a factory reset, your device should be charged to at least 25%. If your phone doesn't have enough charge, you will not be able to perform the factory reset. After ensuring that your phone has enough charge, turn off your device.
Press and hold the power button and the volume up button on the side of your device to open the boot menu. Simply release the power button once the Samsung logo appears and keep pressing the volume up button until your phone enters the Reboot Mode.
