High Bank Charges, Others Constrain Businesses In December Cbn

A Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, Survey report has shown thathigh bank charges, poor infrastructure, unfavorable economic climate, insecurity, and access to credit were top business constraints in December 2024.

However, the report titled Business Expectation Survey, BES, also indicated that firms were optimistic about the overall macro-economic conditions.

According to the report, the optimism might be attributed to firms positive outlook on exchange rate, volume of business activities, and volume of total order.
