Governor Eno Gifts 30,000 Tickets To Fans Ahead 2026 World Cup Qualifier Against Zimbabwe

Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, has purchased 30,000 tickets for fans ahead of Nigeria's 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Zimbabwe at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium , Uyo, on March 25.

The state's Commissioner for Sports, Elder Paul Bassey, announced the gesture on Monday, emphasising it aims to mobilise support for the Super Eagles. Fans can collect free tickets from designated distribution centers, including radio stations, De Venus Bar, Uyo Township Stadium, and Ibom Plaza.

Authorities have warned that no tickets will be sold, and entry without one is prohibited. Security agencies have been alerted to ensure compliance with FIFA, CAF, and NFF regulations for the international fixture.
