'good Times' Star John Amos Died In August, Shocked Daughter Reveals, As Cause Of Death Revealed

The late Good Times actors son Kelly Christopher Amos on Tuesday, revealed that his father passed away aged 84 on August 21 in Los Angeles.

A death certificate has now revealed details of the actors death which also stated the star had been cremated over a month ago.

The document also states John died on August 21 at 5.18pm at a hospital in Inglewood, and says John was cremated on August 30.

It emerged after Johns daughter Shannon Amos said she found out about her fathers death through the media.

She made the admission a day after it was confirmed by Good Times star Johns son Kelly Christopher Amos on Tuesday, October 1, his father had passed away aged 84 on August 21 in Los Angeles from natural causes.
