Ghana international Abdul Fatawu Issahaku has revealed that he had successfully undergone surgery to address a knee problem.
Last Thursday, the Leicester City attacker sustained a knee injury during Ghanas 2025 Africa Cup of Nations AFCON qualifier against Angola in Luanda.
The injury led to Issahaku missing the Black Stars last Group F game against Niger on Monday and he went back to England for further assessment, and treatment.
