Former Wabu Champion, Segun Died Of Cardiac Arrest Autopsy Report

The autopsy report on the late former national and West African lightheavyweight champion Segun Success Olarewaju is out.

The report states that the former pugilist who collapsed during a bout against a Ghanaian boxer in Accra March 29, died of cardiac arrest.

This was confirmed by the Secretary General of the Nigeria Boxing Board of Control, Remi Aboderin.

In a response to Sports Vanguard enquiry, Aboderin who doubles as President of the West African Boxing Union wrote, I just got a message from our High Commissioner in Ghana.
