Fnb Tests Client-service Kiosks In Pick N Pay Stores

FNB is piloting customer service kiosks at select Pick n Pay stores to give its customers easier access to agents in order to help them conveniently manage their everyday grocery shopping and banking needs.

The retail banking arm of JSE-listed FirstRand is currently piloting the kiosks at specific Pick n Pay stores in Johannesburg at Northgate, Bryanston, and Alberton in Durban at The Workshop and in Cape Town at Plumstead, Cape Gate, and Stellenbosch.

FNB says the select stores in these locations were identified based on customer volumes and that it may expand the concept depending on the success of the project.
