The family of former Mineral Resources and Energy Deputy Minister Bavelile Hlongwa who was killed in a road crash in 2019 say they want justice and closure.
Yesterday, the Temba Magistrates Court postponed the trial of Hendrick Brits to November 7.
He is accused of culpable homicide and reckless driving.
The truck Brits was driving was involved in a crash in September 2019 near Carousel Casino Resort on the N1 in Hammanskraal, north of Pretoria.
Hlongwa and three other people died in the collision.
