Erik Ten Hag Emerges As Contender To Coach Champions League Club

Former Manchester United head coach, Erik ten Hag has emerged as a contender to manage Champions League club, Borussia Dortmund, in the future.

The 54-year-old left the Red Devils last October and has visited Dortmund since.

Ten Hag is waiting in the wings at Dortmund, having been a 'frequent guest' of the Bundesliga club since he was sacked as Man United manager.

Sky Germany reports that Ten Hag was shown round the 'business area' and discussed with Dortmund technical director Sven Mislintat.

The former Ajax manager enjoys a good relationship with Dortmund chief advisor Matthias Sammer who brought him to Bayern Munich as reserve some years ago.
