Liverpool boss, Arne Slot, has said their decision-making and execution was not good enough as they lost 1-0 to Nottingham Forest.
The Reds had won their first three Premier League fixtures under Slot and were looking to continue their perfect start at home.
However, Callum Hudson-Odoi struck in the second half to stun Anfield.
Speaking after the game, Slot said: It was a stop-start game and we hardly created any chances.
We only have to look at ourselves, we have to be better.
