Former Super Eagles captain, John Mikel Obi, has admitted that he supported Arsenal while growing up.
Mikel Obi ended up playing for the Gunners London rivals Chelsea in the Premier League.
This came after a transfer tussle between the Blues and Manchester United.
But speaking on his podcast, Mikel Obi revealed he supported Arsenal as a child, especially because his compatriot Kanu Nwankwo played for them.
He said: Arsenal was my team. I was a huge fan of Arsenal and the way they played.
